Azerbaijani culture was presented to public in Basel

On 11 February 2017, Azerbaijani culture was presented to the public in in Basel by the Association "Friends of Azerbaijan" in close cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Swiss Confederation.

During the cultural event, a dance group, directed by the Azerbaijani choreographer Mais Nuriyev, presented several performances of the Azerbaijani national dance, which was warmly welcomed by the participants. More than 300 spectators present at the event had also the chance to taste Azerbaijani pastry.
